Blend
Ruby red in color with violet tints, the nose shows fresh red and black fruits, with spicy and dried fruit hints. The palate is delicate, with great acidity and firm tannins that give it nerve and structure.
Carmenère
Dark cherry red color. The nose displays fine fruit aromas, with balsamic and spiced notes. Elegant, velvety, and luscious on the palate, with a juicy acidity that finishes in a long, pleasant end note.
Cabernet Sauvignon
Intense deep red color. Complex aromas of red and black fruits, mixed with notes of spices and herbs. Nice, subtle tannin that provides excellent structure and volume on the palate with a fresh and balanced finish.
País
The nose displays countless aromas reminiscent of the Chilean forest, herbal teas, and wild fruit. The palate is rustic and rough, expressing the use of traditional zaranda bamboo mats in the winemaking.
Cabernet Sauvignon
Intense, dark ruby color. A delightful aroma displaying classic notes of forest fruit, blackberries, and hints of leather. Wonderfully elegant on the palate, with smooth tannins and a long fruity, spiced aftertaste that finishes on notes of toasted bread.
Carmenère
Very intense color. On the nose, it expresses the character of the Carménère variety with superb strength (fruits of the forest, eucalyptus, and leather), with toasted notes (bay leaf and clove), licorice, and black pepper. Very broad on the palate with round tannins. Retronasal aromas of toasted bread and spices, finishing with a long aftertaste.
Blend
A unique and complex wine. Ruby red in color with intense shades of violet, on the nose it displays a wide range of aromas, from fresh berries to herbs and herbal teas, giving it an interesting complexity. Structured on the palate, with granular tannins and an excellent acidity that shows off the more elegant side of the rainfed vineyards. A cutting-edge blend, mostly consisting of Cot Rouge, reinforced with varieties from the Iberian Peninsula such as Cariñena and Touriga Nacional, which give freshness and a certain rusticity to the blend.
Rosé
Pale, delicate pink in color, this sparkling wine has fine bubbles that are intense, persistent, and elegant. Fruit aromas predominate on the nose (red and citrus fruits), while the palate is fresh, intense, and untamed, characteristic of the great ancestral País variety.
Sauvignon Blanc
A wine with great character; pale, delicate and subtle yellow in color, with greenish glints. The nose displays tropical fruits, citrus fruits such as grapefruit, and very subtle herbaceous notes on the finish. Luscious and intense on the palate, with a fresh, attractive acidity that finishes in a well-balanced end note. Perfect for enjoying at any time of day.
Rosé
Very soft, delicate pink color. The elegant, fresh, and lively nose recalls notes of flowers and fresh red fruit. The palate opens with a rich acidity that makes it juicy, refreshing, and bright. Full-bodied and persistent, this is a different, lively rosé. A wine to enjoy at any time.
